Yes. If you have specific Pantone codes or hex color references, share them with us and we'll match as closely as possible during production. For vinyl and holographic stickers, our full-color printing handles most brand palettes accurately. We'll always send a digital proof so you can review colors before we print.

No problem — that's what our free design support is for. If you have a rough sketch, a low-res logo, or just an idea, reach out and we'll help you get it print-ready at no extra charge. Simple adjustments and layout help are always free.

Absolutely — and this is one of the things that sets us apart. You can mix different designs within a single order at no extra charge. Most competitors charge extra or don't allow this at all. We batch them together and ship everything at once.

Yes. Our vinyl stickers are waterproof and durable — built to handle outdoor use, water bottles, laptops, and more. For moisture-heavy applications, we recommend our white or clear vinyl options. Tell us your use case and we'll point you to the best material.

DTF Transfers by Size are ideal when you have one or a few designs and want each printed at a specific size.

DTF Gang Sheets let you fit multiple designs on one large sheet — great for bulk orders, multiple SKUs, or mixed designs. You save money by maximizing every square inch of film. Not sure which is right for you? Just ask.

Yes — always. We send a free digital proof showing your design's shape, size, layout, and colors before we print a single sticker. Production only begins after you approve it.

We typically send your digital proof within 24–48 hours after receiving your order and design file. We'll send it via email or WhatsApp — whichever you prefer.

We strongly recommend reviewing your proof carefully before approving — check spelling, sizing, and colors. If a mistake was in your submitted file and already approved, we may not be able to reprint at no cost. That said, we'll always work with you to find a fair solution. When in doubt, ask us before approving.

Yes — as long as production hasn't started. Send us the update via email or WhatsApp as soon as possible. Once we're in production, changes are no longer possible.

Yes, before production begins. Once your order is in production, cancellation is no longer possible. Contact us as early as possible if you need to cancel.

All orders are made-to-order, so we don't accept general returns or exchanges. However, if there's a defect or error on our end, we'll reprint or refund — no hassle. Your satisfaction is the point.

Pricing depends on product type, material, quantity, and size. Our per-piece price drops as quantity goes up — the more you order, the better the value. Starting prices are listed on each product page. Contact us for a custom quote on larger orders.

Yes. For orders above 250 pieces, pricing gets significantly more competitive. Contact us directly for wholesale inquiries or recurring order arrangements.

Production typically takes 5–10 business days after proof approval, depending on product type and quantity. We'll confirm your estimated timeline when your order is confirmed.

Shipping is free on all full custom orders and on any order totaling $49 or more. For smaller ready-made orders under $49, a flat shipping fee applies and is shown at checkout — no surprises.

Yes. As soon as your order ships, we'll send you a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.
