Refund policy

Due to the personalized nature of our custom-made products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or design errors submitted by the user.

Damages, Defects, or Incorrect Items

Your satisfaction is our priority. Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Please contact us at kimmy@kadsticky.com with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we will work with you to agree on the fairest solution.

Resolution: Refunds or Replacements

If your request is approved due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will happily send you a replacement at no cost, or issue a full refund to your original payment method.

If a refund is processed, it will be automatically applied to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your resolution, please contact us.
