1. Shipping Methods

Note: These are estimated times and will depend on our collaboration to finalize files and print samples. We always strive to complete your order as quickly as possible and ensure your utmost satisfaction.
Standard Shipping via USPS (10–12 business days): The tracking number will only be activated once the package reaches a USPS facility in the USA, so the status may remain “Pending” for the first 5–7 days. When loss or damage occurs during transit, we will work together to resolve the issue as soon as we identify which party is at fault.
Express Shipping via FedEx (4–5 business days): The tracking number is activated immediately upon shipment, ensuring close monitoring and minimal risk of loss or damage.
2. Shipping Delay Notice
While we strive to deliver all physical orders within the estimated timeframes, occasional delays may occur due to external factors beyond our control (customs, carrier issues, etc.). If a significant delay arises, we will notify you promptly with an update on your order status. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
3. Digital Products
- All our digital products (downloadable files, software, etc.) are delivered via email to the address you provide at checkout.
- You will receive download links or instructions within 24 hours of payment confirmation.
- No physical items are shipped for digital purchases.
