Our process is designed to make sure every order meets our quality standard — you see the proof before we print a single sticker, so what you approve is exactly what you receive.

  • It depends on the size. 500 die-cut vinyl stickers cost $39.90 at 2", $49.90 at 3", $99.90 at 4" and $129.90 at 5", plus US shipping of $6.90, $8.90 or $9.90. With shipping that is $46.80, $58.80, $109.80 or $139.80 in total, about $0.09 to $0.28 per sticker. Glossy and matte cost the same, and mixing up to 15 designs costs nothing extra.

  • You can mix up to 15 designs in one pack of 500 and split them any way you like, for example 10 designs at 50 each, or 5 designs at 100 each. Tell us your split when you upload your files. Each pack is one size and one finish: for two sizes, add two packs to your cart, and you still pay one shipping fee for the order ($9.90 max).

  • Sizes are measured on the longest side, and every sticker is die-cut to the shape of your design. 2" fits packaging seals, mailer inserts, phone cases and planners. 3" is our standard size, with room for a logo and a short tagline on laptops, water bottles and notebooks. 4" makes a bold statement on coolers, toolboxes, guitar cases and shipping boxes. 5" is our largest size, for big logos and detailed artwork. If your design has small text, go one size up.

  • US shipping depends on the pack and size you pick: $4.90, $6.90, $8.90 or $9.90. The fee for each size is listed on this page, so you see it before checkout. Shipping is charged once per order for all deal packs and never goes above $9.90, so you can add another pack and still pay one shipping fee. 1,000-sticker packs ship free in the US. Other products in the same cart may add their own shipping. Deals ship to US addresses only. Shipping takes 14–18 business days. From order to delivery, please plan about 25 business days (about 30 business days in November and December).

  • Both finishes use the same premium white vinyl, are waterproof, scratch-resistant and UV-resistant, and cost the same. Glossy has a shiny finish that makes colors look bright and vivid. Matte has a soft, non-reflective finish with no glare, so it reads easily under bright lights. Each pack is one finish: to get both, add a glossy pack and a matte pack to the same order.

  • Yes. After you order, our designers email you a free digital proof within 1 business day. Please check your email and approve the proof: nothing goes to print until you do. If you don't see the proof email, email us right away at orders@kadsticky.com. If something looks off, reply to the proof email and we will adjust it before printing.

  • Production takes about 3 business days after you approve your proof. The sooner you approve, the sooner your stickers go to print.

  • Each sticker is printed on premium white vinyl with a permanent adhesive and die-cut to the exact shape of your design. They are waterproof, scratch-resistant and UV-resistant. Choose glossy for a shiny, vivid look or matte for a soft finish with no glare. Both finishes are the same price.

  • Send JPG, PNG, PDF, AI or SVG. A rough file or a sketch works too. Our designers check your files and prepare them for print for free, and you see the result in your proof before anything is printed.
