General Policy: No Returns or Exchanges on Custom Orders

Please understand that due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our products, we operate on a strict no-return and no-exchange policy for items once production has commenced. This policy applies to all products that are manufactured according to customer specifications, including items where a design proof was provided and subsequently approved by the customer.

Once you have confirmed your order, approved the design (if applicable), and your order has entered the production process, we cannot accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges for any reason, except as explicitly stated below regarding product issues.

Addressing Issues with Your Received Product

We are committed to delivering high-quality products. However, if there is an issue with the product you receive, such as a defect in materials or workmanship that is not a result of your approved design or errors in the information you provided during the ordering process, please contact us immediately.

You must notify us of any issues with your received product within 7 days of the delivery date. Please provide your order number, a detailed description of the problem, and clear photographic or video evidence of the issue. We will carefully review your case to determine the cause and the appropriate course of action.

Please note that we cannot accept return requests or provide remedies if:

  • More than 7 days have passed since your order was delivered.
  • The issue or error occurred due to decisions you made, information you provided (e.g., incorrect spelling, wrong size/color choice based on offered options), or errors you committed during the ordering process or design approval stage.
  • The issue is related to normal wear and tear or misuse of the product after delivery.

Our Guarantee: Full Refund for Errors Solely Caused by Us

In the rare and unfortunate event that the product you receive contains an error that is entirely and unequivocally our fault (a 100% error by kadsticky), we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. We stand behind our work.

If, upon reviewing the evidence you provide, we confirm that the discrepancy or defect is solely due to an error in our production, manufacturing process, or failure to follow your *approved* design specifications (and is not related to any input or decision from the customer), we will issue a full refund (100% of the purchase price) for the affected item. You may be required to return the incorrect product to us at our expense.

To initiate a claim for a 100% error refund, please contact our customer support team promptly within the 7-day notification window, providing clear evidence of the error as mentioned above.

Important: Please Review Your Order Details Carefully

Given our policy on custom items, it is crucial that you meticulously review all details of your order, including custom text, images, sizes, colors, shipping address, and especially any design proofs provided, before you confirm your order and approve it for production. Your approval signifies that you have verified all details are correct according to your requirements. Errors stemming from details you provided or approved cannot be grounds for a return or refund (except in the specific case of a 100% error on our part as outlined above).
