KADSTICKY is not responsible for failed deliveries, lost packages, or return fees caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

We offer two shipping options to suit your needs. Please read the details below to choose the best method for you.

Option A: Standard Shipping via USPS (Economy)

  • Estimated Delivery: 10-12 Business Days.
  • Tracking Information: Please note that this is an international shipment. The tracking number is generated immediately, but the status will typically remain in “Pre-shipment” or “Pending” mode for the first 5-7 days while the package travels from our facility to the United States.
    *Tracking updates will only appear once the package arrives at a USPS facility in the USA.
  • Liability Disclaimer: This is an economy shipping option. By selecting this method, you acknowledge that KADSTICKY is not liable for delays, loss, or damage to the package once it has been handed over to the carrier. Limited support is available for claims regarding lost packages with this method.

Option B: Express Shipping via FedEx (Recommended)

  • Estimated Delivery: 4-5 Business Days.
  • Tracking Information: Tracking is activated immediately upon shipment with real-time updates at every checkpoint.
  • Security & Insurance: This is our premium service. It includes full insurance coverage, ensuring your package is monitored closely. This method offers the highest level of protection against loss or damage during transit.
