REFUND & RETURN POLICY

At KADSTICKY, every product is custom-made specifically for you. We take great pride in the quality of our work and want you to be delighted with your order. Because our products are personalized and made-to-order, our return policy differs from standard e-commerce stores.
1. Custom & Personalized Products
Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size selection, or unwanted items once an order has been placed and production has begun.
All sales are final once you have approved the design proof (if applicable) or once the order has entered our production queue.
2. Defective or Damaged Items
While we inspect every order, mistakes can happen. If you receive a product that is defective, damaged during shipping, or materially different from what you ordered (e.g., wrong design, printing error on our part), we are here to help.
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
To start a claim, please email us at [INSERT SUPPORT EMAIL] with:
- Your Order Number.
- A clear photo of the damaged/defective item.
- A brief description of the issue.
If the error is verified to be our fault, we will gladly offer a free replacement or a full refund for the affected items. You do not need to return the defective items to us unless requested.
3. Customer Responsibility
We are not responsible for errors made by the customer during the ordering process. We cannot offer refunds or replacements for:
- Typos and Spelling Errors: Please double-check your text before submitting.
- Low-Quality Images: If the image you upload is low resolution, it may print blurry. We print exactly what is provided.
- Color Variations: Please note that colors on a computer/phone screen (RGB) may look slightly different than the final printed product (CMYK). Slight color variations are standard in the printing industry and are not considered defects.
- Incorrect Addresses: We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
4. Order Cancellations
We work quickly to get your custom products to you. Therefore, you may only cancel or modify your order within 12 hours of placing it (or before you approve the design proof).
Once the order has moved into the production phase, we cannot cancel or refund the order as costs have already been incurred for materials and labor.
