Absolutely! Share your Pantone codes or brand references, and we’ll match them as closely as possible. For embroidery or woven items, exact matches are available on larger orders; smaller runs use the closest stock thread colors.
We recommend vector files (AI, PDF, SVG) or high-resolution PNGs with transparent backgrounds. Don’t worry — we’ll review your file and let you know if adjustments are needed.
Yes! Just send us your sketch or image — we’ll recreate it and prepare it for production. A small design fee may apply depending on complexity, and we’ll confirm it before starting.

You’ll be assigned a dedicated sales representative when you place your order. If anything comes up, reach out to them directly and we’ll take care of it quickly and thoroughly.

Because all our products are made-to-order, we don’t accept returns or exchanges unless there’s a defect or an error with your order. If something isn’t right, just reach out — we’ll do our best to fix it. Please report any issues within 10 days of receiving your order and include clear photos or videos so our team can review and assist you properly.

Mockups are usually sent within 4–24 hours, depending on your design complexity and order size.
We send mockups via email or chat, and you can approve or request changes directly from there.
Once a file is approved, production begins and we cannot make changes, so please double-check all details before confirming. But we’ll always work with you to find a fair solution if something goes wrong.

If your order has not gone into production yet, yes — just send us the update via WhatsApp or Email and we’ll apply it. Once production starts, changes may no longer be possible, so please notify us as soon as possible.

Orders can be canceled before production starts. Once your mockup is approved, cancellation is no longer possible.
